Industries · Architectural & decorative glass

Decorate, frost and drill architectural glass on one laser bed.

Decorative and architectural glass shops still run sand, acid and drill bits across separate stations. Gudetech replaces them with one laser platform that frosts, engraves, removes coatings and drills, with no consumables and no waste water, and adds bird-safe facade marking that leaves Low-E coatings intact.

The work it solves

How Gudetech serves architectural & decorative glass.

01

Retire the sandblast and acid line

Laser frosting mattes the surface and removes coatings with no sand, no acid and no waste water to handle. Green and UV cold processing frost without thermal stress, so there is no edge breakage on the sheet.

02

Several processes, one bed

Frosting, engraving, coating removal and through-glass drilling share a single fiber-laser bed with self-tuning parameters, replacing several machines and the handling between them.

03

Bird-safe facades without losing performance

Bird-friendly marking writes dots and lines on the outer surface without damaging coatings, so the glass meets bird-safe building codes while keeping its thermal and solar performance.

04

Factory-direct, sixteen years building lasers

Gudetech engineers its own glass lasers and sells direct from Foshan. 16 years of manufacturing, 28+ national patents and a 8,000 m² factory stand behind the machine, built to CE.
