What is built into the Bird-Friendly Laser Marking Machine.

01

Bird-safe marking, coatings intact

The laser marks dots and lines on the outer glass surface without damaging the coatings, so the glass meets bird-friendly building codes while keeping its performance.

02

Irregular patterns

The machine handles irregular dot and line patterns, giving architects freedom in how the bird-safe markings appear.

03

Low-E film placed upward, no damage

Low-E coated glass can be processed with the film placed upward, and the marking does not damage the coating.

04

All-Yaskawa servo motors

Every axis runs on Yaskawa servo motors for accurate, repeatable positioning across the large work area.

05

Independent cooling and dust removal per laser

Each laser has its own water-cooling and dust-removal system, so the machine stays accurate and clean over continuous large-format runs.
