Every way a laser shapes glass.
Gudetech builds the full glass-laser process line: marking, engraving, drilling, frosting, picosecond cutting, UV internal engraving, bird-safe marking and automated inspection. Pick the process you run, and we will show you what it does and the machine built for it.

Laser Marking
Laser marking writes patterns, text, logos, serial numbers and QR codes straight into the surface. A fiber pulse laser leaves a permanent, anti-counterfeiting mark with no ink, no etch chemicals and no contact, so high-volume lines run hands-off with full traceability.

Laser Engraving
Laser engraving removes a controlled layer of the surface to form patterns, decoration and branding on glass and other materials. On a fiber platform it combines with frosting, coating removal and drilling on one bed, so decorative and functional work run in a single setup with self-tuning laser parameters.

Laser Drilling
Laser drilling opens holes in glass with no drill bit and no mechanical pressure, so there are no burrs and no cracks at the hole. A no-contact process drills irregular shapes that mechanical tools struggle with, and an in-line servo system places each hole to within a few microns at production speed.

Laser Frosting & Sandblasting
Laser frosting and sandblasting matte the glass surface and remove coatings without sand, chemicals or waste water. Green and UV cold-processing options frost without thermal stress, and a fiber option pairs frosting with coating removal and drilling on one bed, all run on intelligent, mass-production control.

Picosecond Cutting & Splitting
Picosecond cutting and splitting uses an ultrafast laser to cut brittle glass cold, holding plus or minus 0.01 mm accuracy from 0.03 to 25 mm thick at up to 500 mm/s. Irregular shapes cut with no taper and no burrs, chipping stays at 5 microns or less, and the process makes no powder and no waste water.

UV Internal Engraving
UV internal engraving forms 3D patterns, text and logos beneath the surface of crystal and glass without touching the outside. A UV laser with automatic positioning and scanning builds the image inside the body of the material, leaving the surface clear and smooth for a strong three-dimensional effect.

Bird-Friendly Glass Marking
Bird-friendly marking writes bird-safe dots and lines onto the outer surface of architectural glass without damaging the coatings beneath. The glass keeps its thermal and solar performance while meeting bird-friendly building codes, with support for irregular patterns and Low-E film placed upward.

Glass Quality Inspection
Automated optical inspection scans glass for defects with vertical and horizontal scanners and a linear-array camera at 0.1 mm per pixel. Bright-field, dark-field and backlight illumination reveal bubbles, inclusions, scratches, coating defects, water and stains, with closed-loop control and full data traceability.
