Technical support does not expire with the warranty. For as long as you run the machine, you can reach our engineers for settings, recipes, fault codes and operator questions. The people who built it stay reachable.
Remote install & commissioning
We commission the machine with you over video: leveling, optics check, first marks or cuts on your own glass, and acceptance against a sample before sign-off. For larger lines, an engineer can travel.
Online operator training
We train your operators over live online sessions on the controller, the software, daily startup and shutdown, and the wear-part changes they will do themselves. The knowledge stays in your shop.
