Why the surrounding systems matter

Precision is lost between the sheets, not on them.

Two machines can ship the same laser and cut differently in month three. The difference is the engineering around the beam: whether the optics stay clean as dust builds, whether the source holds temperature across a shift, and whether the gantry still places the head where it should. Gudetech treats extraction, cooling and motion as core systems, not afterthoughts, so the cut you qualify is the cut you keep.

Tracking pulse-jet dust extraction

Frosting and drilling glass throws fine dust that fouls optics and the work area. A high-efficiency suction head tracks the beam as it moves, and an electronic pulse-jet dust collector self-cleans its filter and clears the glass dust, so the optics stay clean and the process stays repeatable over long runs.

High-precision dual-zone water cooling

Laser output drifts when the source and optics heat up. A two-zone water-cooling system holds the laser and the optics at temperature independently, so the beam stays stable from the first sheet to the last across a full production shift.

All-Yaskawa servo motion

Every axis runs on Yaskawa servo motors and high-capacity drives for accurate, repeatable positioning. On the bird-friendly marking machine every axis is Yaskawa-driven, holding accuracy across a 3000 x 4000 mm work area.

FEA-optimized gantry

The frame is optimized with finite-element analysis for rigidity and vibration control, and a gantry with dual Y-rails and a triple beam rail carries the head with high stiffness, so the focus stays stable on large sheets at speed.

Per-laser cooling and extraction

On multi-laser machines each laser carries its own water-cooling and dust-removal system, so adding heads does not compromise accuracy or cleanliness over continuous large-format production.

Built for the shop floor

Stress-relief annealed welded-steel structures, precision CNC machining and thickened aluminum components keep the platform stable over its working life, from compact benches up to 6-meter gantries.
