Remote install & commissioning

We do not ship a crate and wish you luck. Our engineers commission the machine with you over video: leveling, optics alignment, the laser source check, and the first marks, frosts, drills or cuts on your own glass, against a sample acceptance before sign-off. For larger lines, an engineer can travel to your floor.

Online operator training

The machine only earns its keep when your people run it well. We train your operators over live online sessions on the controller and software, the glass recipes, daily startup and shutdown, and the wear-part changes they will do every week. The knowledge stays in your shop, not ours.

Genuine parts & spares

Because we build the machine, the wear and optical parts come from the same factory that built yours, not a third-party guess. Order optics, laser-source parts, nozzles and motion components direct, and keep a recommended spares kit on the shelf so a job never waits on a courier.

Remote diagnostics & support

The controller self-diagnoses, so most issues report themselves by code. Share the code and a short video and our engineers walk you through it remotely. Most problems are solved on the call, without a flight or a long service queue. Technical support is for the life of the machine, not just the warranty.
